The compressed air precision filter mainly filters the solid particles in the compressed air, and has a certain blocking effect on the liquid water and oil. Generally, three precision filters are installed at the front end of the dryer, mainly used to remove oil and impurity particles in the compressed air, and one high-efficiency precision filter is installed at the back of the dryer, mainly used to remove fine dust in the compressed air.

High efficiency of precision filter element: The filter element adopts German fine-opening sponge, which can effectively prevent the oil and water from being entrained by the high-speed airflow, so that the small oil droplets passing down gather at the lower end of the filter element sponge and discharge to the bottom of the filter container.

Corrosion resistance of precision filter element: The filter element adopts anti-corrosion reinforced nylon end cap and anti-corrosion filter element frame, which can be used in harsh working conditions.
